Mama’s Meatloaf

When my kids were teenagers they have been known to turn down an invite to dinner at a mate’s place because “Mama’s making meatloaf at home.” Simple, easy and economical, I’m sure you will also love this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg (1 lb) hamburger mince
1/2 kg (1 lb) sausage mince*
1 small onion, grated
1 small carrot, grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
